You have upgraded your Windows Server 2008 R2 to Windows Server 2012. You had some Windows 7 machines in Hyper-V. Then you try to Remote Desktop to one of them (which has RemoteFX enabled) and gets and error: The remote session was disconnected because there were network problems during the licensing protocol.
Solution: Install this KB2574819 and then this KB2592687
If that does not fix the problem then try the following:
Click on the VM and go to the Network tab you will the that the Integration Services are degraded and require to be updated as in the picture below.
Double click the VM to open it go to Action and click on Insert Integration Services Setup Disk. This will mount a DVD from which you can install the Integration Services. After the installation is completed you shouldn't experience the issue anymore.
